With excellent arc stability and low hydrogen weld quality, the MAXIMIG series supports welding in all positions and is suitable for a variety of materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel, using the correct consumables. The dependable four-roll wire feeder system ensures smooth wire delivery and uninterrupted operation.The MAXIMIG 400 delivers a welding current range of 50–400 A and a 100% duty cycle output of 310 A at 29.5 V, while the MAXIMIG 600 provides 70–600 A with 465 A at 37.0 V at 100% duty cycle. Both models are air-cooled and built with Class H insulation for durability. Their rugged construction supports rough handling on the shop floor, even in facilities with minimal maintenance infrastructure.Each unit includes a FEEDLITE 40 NEH-C wire feeder, which supports a 15 kg wire spool, wire sizes from 0.8 to 1.6 mm, and features a 42 V DC permanent magnet motor. The wire feed speed ranges from 1.5 to 18 m/min, ensuring flexibility for a wide range of welding tasks.
