This product is originally from France, and each piece is between 1-1.5kg. These pumpkins are a radiantly orange winter squash, with a creamy yellow flesh. Its body is almost identical to that of a pumpkin, except it does not have ridges, therefore having a somewhat smooth body. The tasting notes of these pumkins are comparable to that of cooked chestnuts. Tip: scoop the seeds out and toast them like pumpkin seeds!
