Product description
The packing material is approved for use in food processing industry. Compact extruded packing made of PTFE graphite compound. Merkel Univerdit has extremely good resistance to gas permeation and has the ability to embed abrasive particles. Univerdit remains self-lubricating even during extended periods of operation and therefore reduces friction on shafts and spindles.
Generally univerdit must always be installed with end rings.
