PosiTector-SHD

PosiTector SHD Shore Hardness Durometers measure the hardness of non-metallic materials. Features include user adjustable measurement time with onscreen countdown to conform to international standards, internal memory, onscreen statistics and an electronic “maximum” reading indicator. Two models available – Type A and Type D.

PosiTest-LPD

Low Voltage Pinhole Detectors use a wet sponge to detect holidays, pinholes and other discontinuities on metal and concrete substrates. Features four regulated voltage output options, Ground Sense and a convenient hard shell case. Choose from Basic or Complete kits. Complete kits include adaptable sponge hardware including rectangle (flat), roller, ID and custom sponges.

PosiTest-F-FM-G-GM

Rugged mechanical dial-type mil gage. Measures coating thickness on ferrous (steel) substrates.

PosiTest-AT

Adhesion Testers measure the pull off adhesion of coatings to metal, wood, concrete and other substrates. Features a revolutionary self-alignment feature and pull-rate indicator. Next generation Automatic model features an impact resistant, color touch screen and the ability to record the results as Pass/Fall and the nature of fracture – cohesion, adhesion and glue failures.

PosiTector-UTG

Ultrasonic Thickness Gages measure the wall thickness of materials such as steel, plastic and more. Choose from corrosion or multiple-Echo probes. Multiple- Echo probes feature thru-paint capability. Advanced models includes raw A-scan with adjustable gain and B-scan

PosiTector-SST

Soluble Salt Tester for measuring the concentration of soluble salt on metal surfaces. Measures the concentration of soluble salts (salt contamination) on metal surfaces in accordance with ISO 8502-6, 8502-9.

PosiTector-SPG

Surface Profile Gages measure and record peak-to-valley surface profile heights on blasted metal, concrete and textured coatings with a depth micrometer fitted with a fine pointed probe. Includes a more durable Alumina wear face and two cabled probe versions, one for measuring the profiles of textured coatings.

PosiTector-RTR

Replica Tape Readers measure and record surface profile parameters using Testex Press -O- Film repica tape, Posi Tector RTR-P uses imaging sensors to measure the peak density (Pd) information contained in replica tape. Advanced models are able to generate 2D/3D images and SDF files of the replicated surfaces.

PosiTector Inspection Kits

PosiTector Bodies accepts all PosiTector probes easily converting from a coating thickness gage to a surface profile gage, dew point meter, soluble salt tester, hardness and ultrasonic thickness gage.

PosiTector-PC

Measures uncured powder coatings using ultrasonic technology to automatically calculate and display a predicted cured thickness.

Posipen

Mechanical pen-type gage. Measures coating thickness on small, hot or hard-to-reach ferrous (steel) substrates.

PosiTector-6000

Measures the thickness of coatings applied to all metal substrates (steel, aluminum and more). Wide selection of probes to meet a variety of dry film applications
