Nuzul Holdings is a closed Bahraini joint stock company incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law No. 21/2001 and is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under the Commercial Registration (CR) number 57409. Prior to its renaming on November 22, 2006, Nuzul Holdings BSC (C) was known as Mena Serviced Residence Holdings BSC (C). The Company had embraced this title in April 2006, following its initial incorporation in July 2005 as Addax Real Estate Holdings BSC (C).
