Delivery Detail : Upon
signing the contract seller will invite the buyer for the physical inspection
and after the physical inspection and tests the buyer will pay commitment fees
of 30% after the confirmations of the deposit, seller/seller clearing agent
will proceed for the documentation and royalty cost to facilitate the export
process and 70% will be paid by the buyer after the final results from the
destination port.
