EMIB is a well – equipped repair and rewinding company for electrical rotating machines. VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system (3x3 mtrs), a 20ton, 6 ton and 3 ton Overhead crane, 20 ton capacity balancing machine and a huge drying oven for big HV motor is an additional specialty of the company. A variable voltage supply of up to 15KV for testing machines and reliability of electrical rotating equipment. After building an excellent reputation in Kingdom of Bahrain, EMIB spread its business to the Middle East –Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, U A E and Kuwait other countries. EMIB is the first company in Bahrain capable to manufacture High Voltage motor and Generator formed coil with flat wire. Our activity includes refurbishment of 22MW, 11KV, 40Ton brush alternator, refurbishment of 3850KW. 3.3KV Brine circular pump motor. Rewinding of 7700KW, 13.8KV slip ring motor stator and rotor, rewinding of 4200KW 13800V motor, commissioning of Turbine Generator, rewinding of 883KW DC motor, 1180KW, 118-125rpm DC motor(stator and rotor), 4250KVA 11000V Generator set, change of Design, rewinding of 4500KW motor, rewinding of 14000KVA, 13800V synchronous Generator, rewinding of 37.5MVA, 11/72KV oil transformer etc… and many more.
